A total of seven people were shot within a day in the Stockholm metropolitan area. Two men have been arrested for shooting Farsta and are suspected of murder and attempted murder.

A 15-year-old boy has died in last night’s shooting in Stockholm, the police say. A total of four people were shot in Farsta in southern Stockholm.

Another 15-year-old boy, a 45-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman were wounded in the shooting. The wounded have been sent to the hospital.

Two of the shooting victims were found at the metro station in the center of Farsta, one near the church and one on a nearby street. When the police arrived, two people with gunshot wounds received help from passers-by.

A 15-year-old boy died at the scene.

For the time being, the police cannot say whether the wounded were the intended targets of the shooting. According to the police, the motive for the act is not yet known.

Suspects caught at the end of the chase

The police arrested two men less than an hour after the shooting. According to the police representative, the car driven by the men had attracted the attention of the authorities and an attempt had been made to stop it. The men were eventually caught as a result of the chase.

The men are suspected of murder and attempted murder. Meanwhile, their vehicle has been seized and a technical investigation is being carried out.

The police have since arrested an 18-year-old man who is suspected of attempted murder in relation to Jordbro’s shooting.
