In FC 24, a 13-year-old is currently shaking up the scene. For over four months, he has been winning game after game and now has an impressive track record.
Who is the 13-year-old? The young athlete is Robert Brysik, who works for the German eSports team “Fokus-Clan”. Fokus-Clan (click here to see the YouTube account) has been a household name for most gamers in Germany since the well-known influencer “eliasn97” joined.
We have summarized the rise of eliasn97 for you here: From e-sportsman for Berlin to German Twitch millionaire – The story of eliasn97
At the beginning of the year, Robert was able to celebrate his first major title. He won a junior tournament for eSports athletes from skgaming (click here to go to the Twitch account) and secured first place. Since the beginning of February, Robert can now call himself a member of the Focus Clan.
His upswing doesn’t seem to be slowing down in FC 24 either. With a strong record of countless undefeated games in a row, the young man dominates his opponents in FC 24 seemingly at will.
13-year-old Robert Brysik undefeated in 260 games
In which game mode is he undefeated for so long? Aside from the tournaments, where eSports athletes compete directly against each other, the best players in FC 24 are defined by their records in competitive modes. With Division Rivals and the Champions Finals, better known as the Weekend League, there are two of these in Ultimate Team.
Robert’s impressive record of 260 consecutive victories refers to the games in the Weekend League. In the Weekend League, all qualified players have 20 games to play in order to achieve as many victories as possible. With each match won, you will usually face more difficult opponents, as the search for opponents is ideally based on the individual player’s record.
At the start of FC 24, another successful eSports player had problems finding players: German FIFA pro is so good that there are hardly any opponents for him
For Robert, there doesn’t seem to be any opponent who can compete with him right now. 260 games won mean that he has been undefeated for 13 weeks in perhaps the most demanding mode in FC 24.
Could Robert even break a record? Despite the strong record, Robert still feels like an eternity away from the record for most consecutive undefeated games in the Weekend League.
This record is still held by the Dane Anders Vejrgang, who set this record in FIFA 21 at the age of just 14. Anders has also been part of a German eSports team for some time now, namely RB Leipzig.
In FIFA 21, players still had 30 games per Weekend League available. If Robert wants to challenge Anders’ record in FC 24, he will have to put together a series at least as long again.
This would then probably extend to the new part of EA Sports FC, i.e. FC 25. Perhaps EA will face competition from an old acquaintance this year: fans have been waiting for years for FIFA 25: Release is supposedly still to come in 2024
