(Finance) – ENAC continues to support the recovery of the airport sector: after having paid to managers and handlers an advance of 50% of the value of the damage indicated in the respective refreshment requests and having completed the preliminary activities on further 70 applications submittedthe institution has paid the balance of the full contribution for a total final amount equal to approximately 625 million euros.
The President of ENAC Pierluigi Di Palma expressed his satisfaction, stressing that “ENAC has once again been able to be close to the companies in the sector which have been severely impacted by the pandemic. After the severe crisis, the sector is ready to raise your head and to resume accompanying the millions of passengers who, like all of us, are starting to fly again “.
