In the match between Switzerland and Slovakia in the Ice Hockey World Cup, there were nasty scenes when the Finnish lineman Hannu Sormunen was knocked out by a Slovak player.
Sormunen lay on the ice for a while before he could finally get off the ice for his own machine but he could not continue the match.
