(Finance) – Somec as part of the buy-back program launched on 9 May 2022, announced that it had purchasedfrom 9 to 13 May, overall 1,438 shares (equal to 0.02% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of € 28.3206, for a countervalue total equal to 40,725.00 euros.
Following the aforementioned transactions as of May 16, Somec holds 12,838 treasury shares, equal to 0.19% of the share capital, for a total value of € 333,368.80.
In the meantime, on the stock market, the day was not very moving compared to the previous closing for Somec which is positioned at 27.9 euros.
