The sandstorm, which was effective in the city of Najaf in the south of Iraq, adversely affected life. It was recorded that the number of those who applied to hospitals with the complaint of shortness of breath reached 4,000.
In a written statement made by the Iraqi Ministry of Health, it was stated that 4,000 people across the country were hospitalized and all of them received the necessary medical attention.
FLIGHTS SUSPENDED
It was reported that flights were resumed at Baghdad, Najaf and Sulaymaniyah airports, where flights were suspended due to a sandstorm that caused visibility to fall below 300 meters in some regions, while flights were suspended at the airport due to the storm that was effective in Basra.
