(Finance) – The renewal of the contract for PA employees, with the long-awaited salary increase, since salaries had been frozen for a long time. The contract was signed byAranthe agency that represents the PA as the employer, and come on trade unions.
The holder of the PA Renato Brunetta talked about “a breath of fresh air” for civil servants at a time characterized by a generalized rise in prices.
All public employees hired by ministries, tax agencies and non-economic entities such as INPS and INAIL are involved. In total they are involved 225 thousand state.
The new contract first of all provides for a salary increase of 105 euros average for 13 months, plus a benefit of 20 euros monthly averages deriving from the additional resources allocated in the 2022 Budget Law. The salary increase will instead be 117 euros gross for the band of administrative assistants. The recovery of the arrears for the three-year period 2019-2021, equal to approximately 1,800 euroswhich could arrive with the June paycheck if not sooner.
The contract also introduces a number of new features, such as the training and it unlocking careers, and introduces a fourth area, that of “high professionalism” in which highly qualified employees will be placed, to be placed side by side with the three usual areas: operators, assistants, officials. The contract also governs the agile work and favors the individual agreement that governs this modality.
