(Finance) – A new line of intervention for the realization of investments in the electric bus sector for which incentives are available for an amount of 300 million euros allocated by the NRP. This is what a decree of the minister of economic development Giancarlo Giorgetti.They will be able to apply for incentives – explains the Put in a note – companies in the sector, in particular those of components, which present investment plans on the national territory whose eligible expenses range between 1 million and 20 million euros.
The amount of the benefits cannot in any case exceed, as a whole, the maximum limit of 75% of eligible expenses. The benefits will be granted in the form of non-repayable contribution or subsidized loan, also in combination with each other, as already envisaged in the online desk dedicated to development contracts which was opened on 26 April last. To complete the production investment, projects for industrial research and experimentation as well as for personnel training may also be presented. The provision was sent to the Court of Auditors for registration.
