(Finance) – From today, a new digital assistance service (chatbot), called «smARTbot“. It is a softwaredeveloped with CSI Piemonte, which allows the Authority to provide digital assistance in real time via the web, through a “intelligent conversation”Which takes place through the exchange of text messages in a chat, with the aim of providing information on specific topics, in an automated way, guiding navigation by topics.
There chatbotin fact, it simulates and processes human conversations with the aim of providing support to users, allowing them to interact with digital devices as if they were communicating with a real operator. Users can interact with “smARTbot”, through a guided path for target users, specific areas and topics, or by entering a question in natural language.
The digital assistant ART is aimed, in particular, at improving the dialogue with passengers And transport operators, in order to provide immediate assistance on the most common procedures for interacting with the Authority. The «smARTbot» service strengthens ART’s institutional communication activity, thanks to new digital tools that allow it to reach the Authority’s target audience in a clear and direct way. L’digital assistant it can be activated from all the pages of the ART website, via a dedicated icon located on the right of each page / screen of the portal.
In terms of privacy, the messages sent, the replies and the feedback provided by users through «smARTbot» are stored anonymously and used with the sole purpose of allowing an improvement of the service. The ART chatbot uses technical cookies necessary for the correct functioning of the service, but does not collect any personal data and does not implement any treatment that compromises the respect of privacy.
