Sam Raimi, the famous director of Doctor Strange 2 and the Spiderman trilogy with Tobey Maguire, announced that a new Spiderman movie is not planned with Tobey.
The director of the Spider-Man trilogy, the first film of which was released in 2002 and the blockbuster, after The Evil Dead and Army of Darkness films Marvel Cinematic UniverseWell, he’s making a comeback with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. After the Spiderman 3 movie, which was released in 2007, Raimi rolled up his sleeves for the sequel of the series. However new Spiderman movie announced that he would not be working with Tobey Maguire.

Tobey Maguire last appeared in Spiderman: No Way Home. While promoting the movie Doctor Strange in multiverse in madness, Sam Raimi stated that he was completely open to meeting with Maguire for the movie Spiderman 4.
Spider-Man: No Homecoming, directed by Jon Watts, has grossed a total of $1.9 billion since December. The movie broke the biggest box office record of the pandemic era. Raimi told Vulture in 2013, two years after the planned release date for Spiderman 4.
Raimi said, “As with every project, we had a deadline and I did not have the opportunity to work on the story as much as I wanted. That’s why I wasn’t very happy with the final version of the production. I wanted to finish the series in a way befitting the audience, I wanted Spiderman 4 to be remembered as the best Spiderman movie ever made. However, due to my own mistakes, I couldn’t get the script together and I didn’t want to make a movie that wouldn’t be called great. That’s why you should go to Sony and do the reboot you planned because the movie I’m going to shoot isn’t going to be great, so I said I don’t want to shoot it.”
“Thank you for not wasting the studio’s time and money and for being honest,” Amy Pascal then said.
In his latest interview with Screen Rant, Sam Raimi announced that the series will not continue. raimi,
“I don’t have any plans for Spiderman 4 right now. “They’ve been so successful in the current Spiderman franchise that I’m not sure if something like this will ever happen.” Although the fans are upset, Sam Raimi, who makes logical statements in the end, will be with us on May 6 with his new movie Doctor Strange in multiverse in madness.
