So much so that there is talk of certain changes to the text. Among the reasons for the dissent there is also the complexity of the path leading to the role of teacher, which would become at least 7 years old. Not to mention the ancillary salary now assigned on the basis of bargaining, while from 2024 teachers would be accredited only after training and the final judgment of the evaluation committee which would in any case reward only a part of the staff with a few thousand euros gross.
In the last few hours, a “strong trade union mobilization” has taken place on the part of the other representative organizations that complain about the total lack of “attention and involvement” in the implementation of the project by the government. The prices of a unitary protest by all the trade unions also rose: “The general strike of the school is becoming more and more concrete – writes the specialized press – and one thinks of the last two days of May or 1 June but still a decision not has been taken. “
“In the meantime, however, it becomes essential to adhere en masse to the Anief strike with other unions, for the entire day of May 6, because the examination of the decree approved by the Government will begin shortly”, he warns Marcello Pacifico, national president of Anief. “For this reason, we invite all those who consider the recruitment and training reform to be unjust and illegitimate to join our mobilization of May 6, so before the changes that will be examined in the Senate. If it were necessary, we could also consider joining the strike. at the end of May or beginning of June. Certainly – concludes Pacifico – we will not resign ourselves, until Parliament will listen to us and cancel those provisions that do not do the good of the Italian school and its workers “.
