15.6% of the applications were submitted by Condominiums for a value of 13.4 billion, made for an amount of 8.7 billion, while 52.7% of the applications concerned single-family buildingsfor a value of 9.2 billion, and 31.7% of the sworn statements concerned independent unitsfor a value of 4.8 billion.
The average investment for condominiums is 553 thousand euros, while for single-family buildings it is 112 thousand euros and for independent houses over 97 thousand euros.
