(Finance) – The board of directors of Sarasappointed by the shareholders’ meeting of April 27, 2022, has confirmed the appointment of Massimo Moratti as President of the Board of Directors and of Dario Scaffardi as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager. The Chairman has been confirmed the powers of strategic direction as well as, among others, the powers of supervision and evaluation of operations involving shareholdings, companies, company branches of particular importance. The CEO was confirmed with the powers with reference to operational management, the powers for the preparation of strategic, industrial and financial plans, as well as the task of supervising the functionality of the internal control and risk management system.
The board of the company, listed on Euronext Milan and active in the oil refining and electricity generation sector, has also appointed the Lead Independent Director in the person of Adriana Cerretelli and appointed the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee and the Steering and Strategy Committee.
