A month after the immediate ceasefire in the east of the DRC and the withdrawal of the Rwandan forces, claimed by the UN with the vote of the resolution 27-73, the Security Council met again Thursday to note the developments thanks to the report of the special envoy of the Secretary General and Chef de la Monusco. In New York, Rwandan Foreign Minister denied the active involvement of Rwandan soldiers, and violently attacked Monusco.
