In Guinea, the authorities published, Wednesday, March 26, in the evening, a decree announcing the “coverage of the compensation costs of the victims of the massacre of September 28, 2009.” A gesture which occurs eight months after the historic conviction for crimes against the humanity of Moussa Dadis Camara and former officials of the Jute. To date, the 400 civil parties are still waiting for compensation.
