New Bluff-SMS flourishes. But this time there is a concrete way to find out whether the text is fraudulent or not.

New Bluff-Sms-looks to come from Kronofogden

Several have now been reached by a new scam, something that the magazine advice and findings were the first to write about. The SMS seems to come from Kronofogden and refers to the receipt of a payment claim from Svea Debt Collection.

“A letter with detailed information has been sent to your national accounting address. Please check your entry for further instructions,” you can read in the message.

The newspaper writes Daniel Kinneruppress secretary at Kronofogden, that it happens that the authority sends out SMS but that it usually does not happen as a first contact.

If you were contacted by someone who claims to come from Kronofogden, you can ensure that the sender is actually the Kronofogden by logging in to “My pages” at Kronofogden.se, Kinnerup points out for the newspaper.
