About 3,000 Tesla employees in Berlin have written a letter to CEO Elon Musk where they require improvement in the workplace.
There has long been discussions about the poor working conditions at the Tesla factory in Berlin. Now the employees appeal in a letter to the Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
Employees are unable to go to the toilet
When Tesla started the building with its car factory outside Berlin, the complaints began to roll in. Then it was about how much water the factory uses, as well as how much the factory would have on the environment in the area.
Now the complaints are instead about the working conditions for those who work in the factory. The employees testify, among other things, that sometimes they do not even have time to go to the toilet, reports the news agency Bloomberg.
Now 3,000 employees have written a letter to CEO Elon Musk, where they appeal for better conditions.
It requires the employees
In the letter, the employees require more planned breaks, more employees and a stop for the managers’ attempts to be intimidated.
According to Bloomberg, the union has previously accused Tesla’s managers of scaring employees, especially with regard to sick leave policy. Tesla dismissed it as exaggerated.
