Qualcomm has announced the Snapdragon G-SERIES processors developed for gaming devices. Three new chipsets are ambitious in performance and efficiency.

Qualcomm’s new developed for portable game consoles Snapdragon G-SERIES introduced its processors. The series includes three different chipsets: Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, Snapdragon G2 Gene 2 and Snapdragon G1 Gene 2. These new processors, each targeting different price and performance segments, offer features that will attract the attention of game lovers. This move of Qualcomm can create an important competitive environment in the portable game devices market dominated by AMD.

Snapdragon G-SERIES Features of processors

The Snapdragon G3 Gen 3 stands out as the most powerful processor in the series. Offering 30 %faster CPU and 28 %stronger graphic performance than the previous generation, this chipset targets high -end portable game consoles. Equipped with eight cryo seeds (one main, five performances, two efficiency core) and Adreno A32 GPU, the G3 Gen 3 supports Wi-Fi 7 support and 144HZ display renewal rate at QHD+ resolution. These features promise high performance on senior devices.

The Snapdragon G2 gene 2 offers a balance between performance and efficiency. This model, which has a core structure similar to G3 GE 3, optimizes power consumption with more efficiency core. The graphic performance is 3.8 times faster than the previous generation. G2 Gen 2 is expected to be used on budget -friendly devices.

The Snapdragon G1 Gen 2 focuses on cloud -based gaming experience. Equipped with two performances and six efficiency core, this processor aims to offer the basic gaming experience at low cost. G1 Gen 2, especially price -oriented game consoles will appear.
