The foreign ministers of the regions of East Africa (EAC) and southern Africa (SADC) met this Monday, March 17 in Harare, Zimbabwe. The meeting of the day was devoted to the situation in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), with the examination of the recommendations of the Chiefs of Staff of the two regional blocks.
