The Ondernemersfonds is financed through the property tax (OZB). There are two variants of these. The first is the amount that is collected from owners of homes. But there are also other buildings in the city, such as business premises, schools and shops. They fall under the non-homes category.
On the OZB that you pay in this category, a surcharge of 11 percent is added. That amount goes to the Ondernemersfonds. This year that amounted to an amount of 15 million euros.
