An SMS that promises a paid account credit is currently flourishing. The message is a scam and an attempt to access money.
The Swedish Tax Agency, the Postcode Lottery, Handelsbanken and Ullared.
The list of brands used by fraudsters can be made long. In other words, it is not uncommon for fraudsters to try to gain confidence by claiming that they work in a place where they actually do not work.
One of the latter and more current warnings concerns a Bluff-SMS where the sender stands as the bank Erik Penser. By listing a telephone number in the SMS, the fraudsters come into direct contact with their victim.
Bluff-Sms from “Zmarta”
Similarly, they have been approached now.
One of the advice and Rön’s readers has contacted the newspaper to report on yet another scam. This time, the fraudsters claim to come from Zmarta. The SMS that the reader received states the following:
“Thank you for selecting Zmarta. Your account credit is now paid”, followed by a number for “Customer Center”.

Now you warn users to click and call the phone number.
The number “does not go to Zmarta’s Customer Center that you are to be led to believe”, writes the newspaper.
