Since your monster gets sweets quite quickly and the sources of strength are only active for a few days, you can use several sources of strength every week to get further candies.
This can be a great advantage, especially with a new, legendary Pokémon like Dakuma. There is currently no other way to catch Dakuma copies in the wild. This means that you only get to other Dakuma candies by using the rare special candies, as well as by taking the monster as a buddy.
