– We apologize for not being able to talk to the media after what happened yesterday (Saturday). We are both completely cracked. None of us would have competed with suits that we knew were rigged, never, says the duo in a joint statement according to Norwegian VG.
Sports manager Jan-Erik Aalbu said earlier on Sunday that they have “tried to deceive the system”.
– It’s unacceptable.
