In an interview with Fox News, the President of the United States says he is ready to open negotiations with Iran. Donald Trump even announces having sent a letter to the Tehran regime to offer him to open discussions in order to prevent him from developing a nuclear weapon under penalty of military intervention. Iran says he has not received the mail, but has expressed his intention not to resume negotiations until the American position remains hard.
