A bad -made tenant -owner association in the scandal -ridden tenancy complex Chinese wall in Malmö will be forced to manage, reports Sydsvenskan.
Here, bills for water, waste management and district heating have gathered on high and the residents have periodically lived in cold apartments without access to hot water.
The decision on forced management, which has been made by the rental committee, means that the real estate company Trianon enters as a manager with immediate effect. In total, accommodation is affected in 67 apartments.
– It is such a relief, it is so mixed feelings – joy, and a relaxed body after so many years of struggle that is now over, says Katarzyna Komorniczak, one of those living in the house, to the newspaper.
In the Great Wall of China, there was previously another misunderstood tenant -owner association. It was bought by the municipal housing company MKB 2021.
