According to the municipality and the participating parties, the Berlinplein culture cluster becomes a lively and sustainable cultural heart for Leidsche Rijn. There will be exhibition rooms, studios, studios for music, rehearsal and presentation rooms for dance and theater. There is also room for hospitality, education, young people and greenery. The complex will consist of four parts with different buildings that alternate in height and depth. The municipality strives to recruit four so -called head tenants, the participants are called pleading nuts who will fill in the environment together.
