There are around twenty people with different lung problems in the Nieuwegein room: COPD, asthma or, like eighty Paul Hakkenes, Long Covid. “We can all breathe more difficult,” Paul summarizes it briefly. He has loved singing for life, but due to Long Covid he is ‘some breath’ short. “Everything takes more effort and that is super jammer.
