The heads of EU countries and government countries gather for an extra-defense and Ukrainian meeting. The countries will, among other things, take a position on the “upstairs EU”-the EU Commission’s plan from Tuesday, where the goal is that the equivalent of almost SEK 9,000 billion (EUR 800 billion) will be invested in the defense of EU countries. The meeting starts at lunchtime on Thursday.
