THE’Net financial debt (PFN) as of 31 December 2024 is equal to 534 million euros (434 million euros recorded at 31 December 2023). The temporary increase reflects the reduction of commercial debt and the performance of investments. In the reference period the Piaggio group has wore investments For 182.7 million euros increased by € 12.2% compared to the 162.9 million euros invested in 2023.
The Board of Directors will propose the shareholders’ meeting to distribute a balance on the dividend of 4 cents of euros, gross from taxes, for each ordinary action with the right (in addition to the deposit of 11.5 cents of euros paid on 25.09,2024, given detachment coupon 23.09,2024), for a total dividend of the 2024 year of 15.5 cents of euros, equal to a total of € 44.305.557.81.
