The High Commission for Human Rights directly accuses the M23 of having stopped at least 130 people in two hospitals in Goma, one of the main cities in the east of the DRC, now controlled by the M23 armed group, supported by Rwanda. The UN recalls that hospitals must be respected and protected, under international humanitarian law.
