(Finance) – Visibilia publishera company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and activates in periodic publishing and in the management of advertising on periodicals, communicated that, on 21 February 2025, the Councilor Fabio Vanzetti has resigned his irrevocable resignation by the office of Director for personal reasons.
The board will therefore meet without delay, in compliance with the current statute, for convene the shareholders’ meeting who will appoint a new member of the Council.
