Sweden has received a cannon start at the ski World Cup.
But for Frida Karlsson, things have not gone as well.
Now new pictures of her awaken strong feelings in Norway.
This year’s ski World Cup in Trondheim has resulted in a real taste start for our Swedish ladies. In the first two races we got to see two blue-yellow World Cup golds for Jonna Sundling and Ebba Andersson.
Karlsson’s disappointment
But for one of the advance favorites it has been heavy in the ski tracks. Swedish gold jump Frida Karlsson Made his World Cup premiere in Sunday’s Skiathlon and could not live up to the high expectations.

The Swede was slow and could not hook the tight cluster with Sundling, Andersson, Therese Johaug and Heidi Weng. In the end, it became a bitter fourth place for Frida who will continue to wait for the very first individual gold medal of his career.
Frida arouses emotions
After the race, she was so disappointed that she broke out in tears.
– No, but it sucks. It’s just to be a yellowfish, forget and look ahead, Karlsson told Swedish media in place.

Then Frida Karlsson left the target area without talking to anyone else. Her actions have now aroused strong reactions to the Norwegians, see the video below.
– A super disappeared Frida Karlsson in tears that leave immediately after talking to Swedish media. She refused to talk to us, says the Norwegian reporter Vegard Aulstad in the newspaper VG.
– The World Cup just continues to engage even more. The emotions are really outside the body of the riders and Frida Karlsson was completely destroyed. And I understand that, says the VG colleague Mikal Aaserud in their TV studio.
The Swedish ski star is now compared to Kristine Stavås Skistadwhich was also extremely disappointed after its World Cup silver in the sprint. Many Norwegians think it is unsportsmanlike to just storm away in pure disappointment without interviewing with journalists who are there to do their jobs, see the video below.

“Stavås Skistad and Karlsson are equally unsportsmanlike,” writes a third.
