Bonten sounded optimistic last year, but that is now less. “You could have been able to draw lessons so easily. There are not suddenly 2000 IC beds, but there must be a plan so that scaling can be done very quickly,” says Bonten. “Among other things, the GGD structure could have been worked on, but you can see that there is a kind of stagnation at the moment, so that nothing happens and it really only gets worse. That is a shame.”
