In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the army reacts and denounces a manipulation after the announcement of the repatriation of alleged FDLR from Congolese territory to Rwanda. The members of this group, created by former Hutus officials of the Tutsis genocide according to Kigali, had taken refuge in DRC in 1994. They are accused by Kigali of collaborating with the Congolese army.
