The French Fabien Doubey of the Totalnergies team won the Rwanda Tour on Sunday after the cancellation of the seventh and last stage due to the rain and the slippery roads in Kigali. The 31 -year -old runner, who had taken the lead in the general classification the day before, won his first victory with professionals six seconds ahead of the Eritrean Henok Mulubrhan and eleven on the German Oliver Mattheis.
