Alvar Myhlback has written Swedish sports history.
On Sunday he won the Vasaloppet as the youngest of all time.
But SVT expert Anders Blomquist now comes with stiff criticism.
This year’s edition of Vasaloppet became a historical one. 18-year-old Alvar Myhlback Wrote Swedish sports history when he slid over the finish line first of all.

The Swedish big talent is thus the youngest winner of the Vasaloppet in the tournament’s 100-year history.
– I’ve never felt better in my entire life, it’s inconceivable. I came eight three years ago and it was unreasonable. Then things have been better and better. So damn sick, an overjoyed Alvar tells SVT.
– I can die happy now. I can’t understand that. I love the Vasaloppet and winning it has been a life goal. And I can do it as an 18-year-old.

SVT expert Anders Blomquist Is also very impressed with Myhlback’s historical achievement.
– It’s totally damn crazy, this I will never see again. He writes history and continues to move the boundaries of what is possible. This guy is of a completely different world, says “Blomman” in the live broadcast.
Blomquist’s anger
Blomquist’s joy is then changed to pure anger. When he thinks that Alvar Myhlback was actually completely petted by the Swedish junior national team to JVM.
– I’ll stop chatting about this, but now I take it for the last time: Anders Byström and Linda Danvind Malm who is a junior coach. If you do not understand skiing and what it takes, you need to do something. This guy will be included in JVM next time if he is healthy, because he can do things that no one else can, says the ski expert.
– This guy thought the national team management would not be allowed to go JVM, they do not understand what skiing is about. How can you not let such a fantastic skier write history in any way he wants and can? It’s so cool to see.

Myhlback was petitioned from JVM in January, because he did not qualify for the championship, which aroused strong reactions from many Swedes.
“You have to have a result from our national junior cup and JVM test and the competitions in Bergeforsen are important. We set our selection criteria for all selections before season to provide fair conditions to all active to know what it takes to get to championships, “wrote the junior national team leader Linda Danvind Malm In a text message to the news agency TT earlier.
– I don’t think it’s fair. They have made a decision that is not good for me or good for them. I think it’s stupid, Myhlback said about the petition then.
