Part of Lydia’s cow collection, more than twenty of the approximately six hundred copies, was in a pop-up museum in Woerden last year. And a real cow, is that still in it? “Maybe someday, later when I move somewhere backwards,” she fantasizes. “I would take a mini cow. There are smaller cows and that makes a difference in size. And if you supervise a cow from an early age, you can train it and make it a kind of docile, obedient dog.”
