There is country fever in Sweden! It is also noticeable in the Melodifestivalen where two country-inspired contributions clinched two of the evening’s four final places, Saga Ludvigsson with “Hate you so much” and Dolly Style with “Yihaa”.
The one who waited the longest on the final qualification was Meira Omar who already competed in the first competition in Luleå with the song “Hush hush”.
During the weeks that have passed since then, it has been talked about her as a big pre -favorite to clinch one of the last final places, which she also did.
Four contributions unite in this week’s music trend
Also favorite tipped Scarlet held the pressure and went straight to the final from competition five.
