Russian president Vladimir Putin Earlier this week, he has met a high representative of North Korea, says Kcna, a North Korean state news agency on Saturday.
North Korea was represented by a member of the country’s Politburo Ri ho yong. According to KCNA, Putin thanked North Korea for the support of the country for Russia at the meeting. Both North Korea nor Russia has not officially confirmed that North Korea has sent soldiers to fight Russia against Ukraine.
The Kreml reported on the meeting on Thursday.
The countries have intensified their military cooperation since 2022, when Russia started a full -time war against Ukraine.
