Philadelphia 76ers announced on Friday that NBA star player Joel Embiid Leaves the rest of the season due to the treatment and rehabilitation of their left knee.
Embid, 30, has been on the sidelines by 40 matches by Saturday morning and has only played in only 19 points this season, with an average of 23.8 points, compiled 8.2 rebounds and given 4.5 passes per match.
Philadelphia said she was working with medical experts to find the best treatment plan for 213 centimeters and 127 kg.
Earlier this month, Embid admitted that he might have to go to another left -knee surgery.
Embiid has only played 58 regular season games and seven Play-in tournament games after he was awarded the NBA MVP Prize for 2022-23.
The 76ers, which have won 20 wins this season, has drifted into a nine-match losing streak, but is still only a couple of wins from the Eastern Conference Play-in Tournament.
