This meeting, presented as a key, was to be held this Friday, February 28 in Harare between the ministers of SADC and EAC. According to diplomatic sources, it will ultimately not take place. According to Rwandan and Congolese delegations, no official invitation has reached them to this stage. This lack of convocation questions all the more since this meeting was expected as part of the de -escalation process between Kinshasa and Kigali.
