(Finance) – Project bank announces that during the board of directors held today, Paolo Fiorentino – following the presentation yesterday at the Milan Court of the strengthening plan, already shared with the bodies in charge of the judicial authority – has resigned for personal reasons.
The board of directors of Banca Progetto, reads in a note, including the situation, accepted the resignation asking the Florentine Dr. to continue to accompany the bank in its current strength path until the identification and appointment of its successor. Fiorentino has expressed his availability in this sense.
