The wait is finally over and this year’s big ski party has come. As you have longed for the ski World Cup 2025 in Trondheim and expectations are hugely high.
Swedish horror
Last ski World Cup 2023 in Planica became a single large blue-yellow medal party. We got to see a historical Swedish triple on the sprint, Jonna Sundling took double World Cup gold, Ebba Andersson won double World Cup gold, Frida Karlsson salvaged four World Cup medals and William Poromaa Cut a much-awaited World Cup bronze on the men’s side.

But this year’s World Cup can be pure horror for our Swedish national team skiers. Norway is back again at the top as the world’s best ski nation and it is, above all, two reasons.
Johaug’s comeback
One is obviously the ski queen Therese Johaugs Comeback in the ski tracks again and during the winter she has proven that she is still world -class, despite two years of break and a pregnancy. Two are the legend Marit Björgen Who stepped in as a leader in the Norwegian skiing team and shot a whole new confidence in the Norwegians.
Johaug will be difficult to stop at the distance race and are very likely to line up gold medals. While the national team colleague Kristine Stavås Skistad Can make the sprint really bitter for our Swedes, I already tremble.

The home track in Trondheim is expected to suit her perfectly and with the help of the whole audience she can accomplish great deeds and take her career’s first World Cup gold. The fanatical ski supporters in Norway will be purely unbearable over the next two weeks and count on world records in burop against our blue -yellow riders.
Anger has a chance
Yes, you already hear why the ski World Cup in Trondheim can be a pure nightmare for all Swedes. And then we have not even mentioned what will happen on the men’s side, where red-white-blue slaughter is expected at home.

Of course we keep thumbs for Edvin Anger Which is the one who has the greatest chance of shaking the Norwegians. But in our mountain-covered neighboring country there are at least 4-5 riders at every distance that can beat the Swedes and it raises a great concern within me.
Well, I’m already phasing out for what can happen in Trondheim. But there is also no better feeling than defeating cocky Norwegians in just Norway and I hope our Swedish World Cup riders really resist the buro and disproves everyone.
