A high representative of EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas Visit today and tomorrow in Washington. Kallas is scheduled to meet, among other things, US Foreign Minister Marco Rubio.
US president Donald Trump recently shocked an international community when he said he was ready for negotiations by the Russian President Vladimir Putin with the end of the Ukrainian war without European countries or Ukraine.
According to Kallas, Russia can be negotiated, but every issue of Ukraine and Europe must agree on Europe and Ukraine.
