(Finance) – The Allianz mico will be the place chosen by Unicredit for the shareholders’ meeting on March 27th. The Assembly, in the presence, in addition to deliberating the functional capital increase inOops on Banco Bpmas already set, will also be called to vote, in the ordinary part, the Budget 2024. This was announced by the bank of Piazza Gae Aulenti with a press release that integrated and rectified the previous notice of call, while the advance of the date had already been communicated on February 20.
“The assembly in ordinary session and in the extraordinary session of Unicredit – reads – is convened at the Allianz Mico, in viale Lodovico Scarampo, in a single call, on March 27 at 10 am”.
In addition to the budget, the points at the Odg of the ordinary party see: destination of the profit of the year 2024; elimination of negative reserves for components not subject to variations by covering them definitively; authorization for the purchase of proper actions aimed at the remuneration of shareholders; integration of the Board of Directors; Report on group 2025 policy on remuneration; report on the fees paid; Group incentive system 2025.
The dividend possibly approved by the Assembly will be paid, on April 24, with the date of detachment of the coupon on April 22nd.
