– The Council meets on the three -year anniversary of Russia’s full -scale invasion of Ukraine. It is now more important than ever to increase EU military and civilian support for Ukraine, and that all Member States contribute to this. I also welcome the adoption of a sixteenth sanction package. We now need to continue working on more sanctions on Russia, not least against Russian energy exports, says Foreign Minister Maria Malmer Stenergard in a press release.
