Ukraine marks this Monday, February 24, marks the third anniversary of the start of the Russian invasion on a large scale. In the suburbs of kyiv, the city of Boutcha paid a heavy price. Occupied in the first weeks of the invasion, it was the scene of mass massacres by the Russian forces: summary executions, rapes, tortures. The city has also experienced significant destruction.
