(Finance) – Envent has started coverage on Ubaldi Costruzionilisted on Euronext Growth Milan from January 3, 2025. Ubaldi Costruzioni specializes in the construction of public infrastructures and in theindustrial buildingcommercial, directional and residential. Over the years, the company has specialized in the creation of maritime, river and seismic restoration works.
For the Fy2023, Ubaldi Costruzioni recorded revenues for 24.9 million euros and an Ebitda of 3.7 million euros (margin of 14.8%). According to ENVENT estimates for the Fy2024, revenues will rise to 32.8 million euros, with an Ebitda of 5.7 million euros (margin of 17.3%).
According to ENVENT analysts, despite the volatility of the sector, the company presents a Solid track record and a consistent orders wallet Estimated growing with the entry of new orders, also by virtue of the favorable context dictated by the PNRR.
With a capitalization current market of 28 million euros (+41% compared to 19.2 million of the IPO), Envent confirms Outperform rating and Target Price of 4.70 euros per action. Currently, the Ubaldi Costruzioni title exchanges the EV/EBITDA 2025E at 3.3x, with a strong discount compared to peer, evaluated on average at 5.3x.
