Stopping in train traffic – after electrical errors in Gothenburg

Train traffic at Gothenburg Central Station stands still after a power failure, reports the Gothenburg Post.

The stop has lasted since just after 12 o’clock on Friday. According to the Swedish Transport Administration, queues have been formed in the arriving train traffic towards the Central Station.

“There are a lot of trains that cannot go in,” says Felicia Danielsson, press spokesman at the Swedish Transport Administration.

There is no forecast for when the electrical error may be fixed.

– At present, it is powerless on all tracks. But hopefully you can section the error so that you only have powerless where the error itself is, says Felicia Danielsson.
