Heavy for Sara Hector
Sara Hector had a heavy World Cup. It continued slowly in Sestriere.
Hector just went evenly with the lead in the second sector to lose continuously without visible mistakes. She reached the target 1.03 after leading Alice Robinson, who has four straight pallet seats in her latest big slalom competitions. But even though it does not sparkle about Hector, she has a good position for the second ride which starts at 13.30.
According to Viaplay, Hector must have been ill after the World Cup and have few training days.
The World Cup ended the last weekend in Saalbach with Hector running out in the second slalom. A few days earlier, the reigning Olympic champion Hector had missed a medal in the special branch of big slalom.
